EventMiles is a premier marketplace connecting event organizers and customers ("Users") with event service providers, including bespoke caterers, luxury venues, and planners ("Vendors"). We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment processes but do not directly supply the event services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Vendors are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before they can accept bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All bookings made through the platform are legally binding agreements between the Customer and the Vendor.
EventMiles holds payments in escrow until the service is successfully delivered, minus applicable commission fees.
Any attempt to bypass the platform for payments or communication is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Vendors must deliver services as described in their listings and maintain high professional standards. Misrepresentation, consistent cancellations, or failure to deliver services may lead to penalties, including loss of payments in escrow and permanent account suspension.
The Platform enables Users to share reviews regarding Vendors. These reviews represent the opinions of Users. EventMiles aims to maintain the integrity of the review ecosystem and will take steps to detect and prevent fake reviews or review manipulation. We reserve the right to remove or restrict reviews that violate platform policies or are proven to be fraudulent or defamatory.
EventMiles respects intellectual property and reputation rights. If you believe that content on the platform infringes your rights or is defamatory, you may submit a written notice. Upon receiving a valid notice, we may temporarily restrict the content, seek clarification, or remove the content to comply with legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventMiles and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform, interactions between Users and Vendors, service failures, or reliance on information available on the Platform.
Users and Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventMiles from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their violation of these Terms, unlawful User Content, misuse of the Platform, or disputes between Users and Vendors.
EventMiles reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or listing where it determines that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent behaviour has occurred, or the platform's safety is at risk.
EventMiles shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, infrastructure failures, or acts of war.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
